Shipping and returns

Thank you for shopping at HeartAngelClothing.com. We ship within North America via UPS ground. Please note that regular shipping takes between 3-14 business days. Your order can be tracked online with the confirmation number you receive with your purchase. All items purchased via www.heartangelclothing.com are subject to a shipping contract. Therefore, when the parcel is turned over to UPS, you assume the risk of loss for the items you ordered and ownership of these items is transferred to you.

In the event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund within 15 days for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with all original tags attached. Sorry, we do not refund shipping fees.

In order to proceed with your return, you need an authorization number. Please, contact our customer service department at info@heartangelclothing.com for returns instructions. Note that loss or delay of returning packages is not HeartAngelClothing.com’s responsibility.

Please note that at any given time, HeartAngelClothing.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of stock insufficiency, unauthorized credit card, mispriced items, suspicion of fraud, or any valid reason.
